Allyns Melendez, CEO & Founder

Allyns brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources and business management. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Temple University Fox School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & HR Management from Kaplan University. Additionally, Allyns is a certified analyst for two workplace behavior platforms, holds certifications in Human Resources Studies from Cornell’s ILR School, and is a certified leadership and flow coach. She has completed courses in Leadership Strategies from Harvard Business School and Neuroscience for Business at MIT.

Driven by a passion for human capital and business strategy, Allyns and her team helps businesses with their human resources needs, including benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, recruiting, 401(k), compliance, coaching and training needs. Currently serving as the CEO at HR Transformed, she also holds the position of a Professor of Continuing Education at Temple University. She is on the Professional Advisor Committee at SUNY College of Optometry and is the Board Secretary at the East Fishkill Soccer Club. Allyns is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational proficiency in Polish. She resides in NY’s beautiful Hudson Valley with her family. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, dance, cooking, and rock climbing.

Arianna Lynch, HR Manager

As a dedicated HR Manager, Arianna brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for cultivating thriving workplaces. Beginning her career in the non-profit sector, she has gained invaluable experience in understanding the unique dynamics and challenges of mission-driven organizations. With a solid foundation in Business Administration from Susquehanna University and currently pursuing her MBA at William Paterson University, Arianna is committed to integrating cutting-edge HR practices with a people-oriented approach. Her professional journey is characterized by a blend of ambition, compassion, and a relentless drive to elevate the human experience within every facet of Human Resources. Arianna aspires to redefine the role of HR by infusing empathy and understanding into every aspect of talent management and employee relations, embodying the belief that true organizational excellence begins with putting the 'human' into Human Resources.

Arianna lives for a sunrise run on the beach in Long Branch, New Jersey. She loves exploring new wineries, reading romance novels (specifically anything Colleen Hoover), and spending time with her friends, family, and two pugs. Arianna's hunger for knowledge and dedication to helping others fuels her daily pursuit of excellence in HR management.


Brenda Quach, HR Generalist

Brenda, a York University graduate, has seamlessly transitioned her organizational and leadership skills into a thriving career in HR and marketing. Her journey began with a strong foundation in education, which paved the way for her to excel in corporate environments. Brenda’s expertise in HR is multifaceted, encompassing recruitment, policy formulation, and employee development. She played a pivotal role in establishing an HR department from the ground up, showcasing her ability to adapt and innovate.

Today, Brenda enjoys creating efficient checklists, comprehensive handbooks, and meticulous documentation. As an HR generalist, she skillfully manages client relations, bringing a strategic and personable approach to every interaction. Her commitment to HR is paralleled by her role in managing her family’s restaurant, demonstrating her versatile leadership. Brenda’s ambition and dedication continue to fuel her growth in the HR landscape.

Farin Lesch, Director of HR

Farin is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University. With over seven years of experience in the field, she is deeply committed to navigating the intricacies of HR with unwavering diligence and passion.

Farin is DISC certified and serves as a court-appointed special advocate for Child Focus of Union and Passaic County in New Jersey during her free time. She is eager to connect and collaborate to effect positive change!


Roselyn Urena, Chief of Staff

Roselyn is an experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in finance, operations, HR support, and administrative work across various industries. She excels in managing operations and finances, with a strong foundation in customer service and hospitality. Roselyn is adept at providing exceptional support.

Motivated by her dedication to excellence and a proactive approach, Roselyn brings valuable expertise to her role as Chief of Staff. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, crocheting, and spending quality time with her family.

Sara Stone, HR Assistant

Sara brings a unique blend of creativity, adaptability, and a passion for fostering collaborative environments as she transitions from theater management to the world of HR. With a rich background spanning equity, regional, and Off-Broadway theaters, Sara has consistently championed inclusive and welcoming spaces. Her journey began with a degree in Theater Management from Western Connecticut State University. Through her pursuit of this degree, the theater industry shifted to online platforms where Sara demonstrated exceptional adaptability by pioneering new forms of management to maintain creative processes. As a result, she was honored with the award for Most Outstanding Contribution to the Theater Department. Her innovative approaches preserved artistic integrity and underscored her commitment to assisting others in their professional growth. Driven by a deep-seated passion for creativity and a belief in the power of collaboration, Sara is eager to bring her expertise in creating inclusive and supportive environments to her new role in HR. She is dedicated to applying her skills to foster a workplace culture where everyone can thrive and contribute effectively.
